A close friend of mine has a very strong interest in mascots. Knowing this, I didn’t have second thoughts purchasing this for their birthday. After a few weeks of waiting, the item arrived and it was time to make my friend’s day.

After revealing the surprise, the anticipation of my friend immediately turned into the widest grin I’ve ever seen! In fact, they donned the costume right away and ended up doing a two hour photo op with me!

As for the costume, it’s very high quality. You could easily tell it was made with precision and love. In terms of the description, it was mostly correct. The only difference was when it mentioned that the gloves were sewn to the jumpsuit. However, they came detached. It ended up working for the better though!

Tanya, the seller is very accomodating and she even helped me follow up with the courier when my package got stuck in customs for 2 weeks. they made my mascot for less than 12 days and got shipped immediately. Delivery from ukraine to austria took about 3 weeks including the customs hold.

Five star service throughout the whole process! The costume is extremely well made and fits perfectly! There is even a vent in the top of the head. The wings have little slits so that you can use your hands if necessary. All the stitching is well done and very sturdy.

There was excellent communication from the beginning, ensuring that the requests I had were met. Mock ups were provided ahead of creation so that I had an idea of what to expect, and then I was provided a final photo of the costume before shipping to verify that I was happy with the final product. The costume arrived very quickly considering it was shipped from Ukraine to the US.
